ICAMA Reg. No. PD20182707

Product Category:   Fungicides

A broad-spectrum organic copper fungicide for effective prevention and control of fungal and bacterial diseases across multiple crops.

Why Choose Oxine-Copper 33.5% SC?

  • Forms a protective shield, preventing pathogen entry

  • Provides long-lasting disease control through slow copper ion release

  • Reduces the risk of pathogen resistance due to its multi-site action

  • Effective against both fungal and bacterial diseases

Key Features:

1.      Protective Barrier Formation: Creates a uniform layer on plant surfaces, inhibiting pathogen spore germination and entry.

2.      Slow-Release Action: Gradually releases copper ions, providing extended protection against pathogens.

3.      Broad-Spectrum Efficacy: Effective against a wide range of fungal and bacterial diseases affecting cucumbers, watermelons, tomatoes, and more.

Effective Against:

·         Cucumbers

    • Downy Mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis): Causes yellow spots on leaves, reducing photosynthesis and yield.

    • Angular Leaf Spot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans): Leads to water-soaked lesions,       reducing plant vigor.

·         Watermelons

    • Anthracnose (Colletotrichum orbiculare): Results in sunken lesions on fruits and foliage, compromising quality.

    • Bacterial Fruit Blotch (Acidovorax citrulli): Causes water-soaked spots on fruits, leading to decay.

·         Tomatoes

    • Early Blight (Alternaria solani): Forms concentric lesions on leaves and stems, reducing plant health.

    • Bacterial Speck (Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato): Leads to dark spots on foliage and fruit, affecting marketability.

Technical Application Requirements:

1.      Timing & Frequency: Apply preventatively or at the first sign of disease. Follow a 3-day pre-harvest interval (PHI) and limit to 3 applications per crop cycle.

2.      Proper Spray Coverage: Ensure thorough and uniform foliar coverage, including the undersides of leaves where spores accumulate.

3.      Weather Considerations: Avoid spraying on windy days or before rain to maximize adhesion and efficacy.

4.      Resistance Management: Rotate with fungicides from different FRAC groups to minimize resistance risk.
